• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to abide by a client’s decisions concerning the objectives of the representation
