Attorney William Draper of Gainesboro, TN; ethical gremlin

The state of Tennessee provided William Lawrence Draper   with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Billy practices at 101 West Gore in Gainesboro, Tennessee.
