Attorney Charles Moffatt IV of Bristol, TN; ethical elf

The state of Tennessee provided Charles L. Moffatt IV with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Charlie!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Charlie practices at 1241 Volunteer Parkway in Bristol, Tennessee.
