The state of Tennessee provided James Todd Faulkner with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Nashville Law School.

 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to seek or obtain the client’s name change
  • Failed to complete a Qualified Domestic Relations Order
  • Failed to file a Counter-Complaint
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Jimmy practices at 211 Donelson Parkway in Nashville, Tennessee.
