Attorney Byron Simpson of Nashville, TN; scofflaw

The state of Tennessee provided Byron Ray Simpson with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Pepperdine University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Byron guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Byron by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Byron practices at 851 General George Patton Road in Nashville, Tennessee.
