Attorney Randall Hatfield of Knoxville, TN; slacker

The state of Tennessee Randall Keith Hatfield provided with a law license in 1996after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client for 3-½ years
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Randy!)
• Allowed client’s post-conviction matter to languish for six-years

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Randy practices at 508 Union Avenue in Knoxville, Tennessee.
