Attorney Stephen Milam of Lexington, TN; convicted druggie

 

The state of Tennessee provided Stephen McPeake Milam   with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

 

In one matter, Stevie pled guilty to serious crimes, i.e., obtaining or attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud; possession of Schedule III controlled substance; and obtaining/attempting to obtain controlled substance by fraud.  

 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license

 

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Stevie practices at 113 South Main in Lexington, Tennessee.
