Attorney Jeffrey Miller of Nashville, TN; wife beater

The state of Tennessee provided Jeffrey John Miller with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jeff was involved in a domestic dispute with his wife and threatened her with a gun. Subsequently, Jeff pled guilty to harassment and domestic assault with fear of bodily injury.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Jeff practices at 4216 Brush Hill Road in Nashville, Tennessee.
