The state of Tennessee provided Adam Wilding Parrish with a law license in 2002 graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Adam guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Adam’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2006

  • Failed to maintain client ledgers
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

Adam’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2013

  • Failed to withdraw when withdrawal mandated
  • Charged fee he was not lawfully entitled to charge

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

Adam’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2015

  • Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Adam.

  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. June 2017) Adam practices at 112 East High Street in Lebanon, Tennessee.
