Judge Ralph Boone of Brookhaven, MS; Pervert, Liar, Jimmy Swaggart Wannabee  
Judge Ralph Boone unfortunately sits on the Lincoln County Justice Court that is located in Brookhaven, Mississippi, which is about 60 miles south of Jackson, MS.
Recently, the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance determined that Ralph the Perv should be removed from the bench for engaging in egregious misconduct, which is addressed below.
Initially the Perv lied to a commission investigator when he denied riding with the woman in his truck. However, he then told the investigator he was “a Christian and that he had allowed the devil to take hold of him.” In other words, the Perv was saying it was Jesus’ fault that he sexually molested the woman.
The commission also ruled that some of the Perv’s testimony was inconsistent (false) with recorded telephone conversations in the case. The commission said the Perv’s lack of truthfulness (liar/perjurer) about reducing the woman’s fine in open court and failure to be honest with the investigator when served with the complaint supports its findings that Boone should be removed from the bench.
Despite the fact that the Judicial Commission ruled that the Perv was a congenital liar and had in fact demanded sex in return for reducing a fine, the enablers and apologists sitting on the Mississippi Supreme Court decided to punish Boon by gifting him with a 90 day suspension.
As we speak (ca. Ma6 2011) this certified loser remains sitting on the bench in Brookhaven. This only further proves that Judicial Misfits are held to a lower standard of conduct then we are. That fully explains why the Perv was never criminally charged for sexual assault.
