Judge Anthony Andrew Jackson has unfortunately been sitting on the bench in Dixon County (50 miles west of Nashville) since he was appointed by the County Commission in 1981.
During his undistinguished disservice on the bench, Judge Jackson has proven to be a die-in-the-wool racist and an ethical leper-con. Jackson’s misconduct has led to ethics charges being filed against him on at least two occasions.

In 2007 Andy the Bigot was charged with the following misconduct while attending a publicly funded Judicial Conference in Memphis.
For this outrageous misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Judiciary Court punished Andy the Bigot by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

To dispel any claims that he wasn’t an “equal opportunity racist,” Judge Jackson was charged with engaging in racist conduct when dealing with Mexican-Americans in his so-called courtroom.
When Latino juveniles would appear in Andy the Bigot’s courtroom for minor traffic violations, he would immediately question their legal status and/or that of their parents. To justify his racist conduct, Andy would make determinations that the juvenile was neglected and dependent even though those were never issues that were presented to him.
For his 2nd bites at the Judicial Misfit/Bigot Tree, the wimps, enablers and apologists on the Judiciary Court gifted Andy the Bigot by presenting him with a complimentary reprimand.
Do ya think you’d still be working at the same place if you engaged in the racist conduct that Andy the Bigot did over the past several years? You’d be lucky if you get a job as a greeter at the local Wal-Mart.
