Judge Nkola Motata South Africa; drunken loser

In Judge Nkola Motata was convicted of drunk driving.  After his conviction, Judicial Conduct Committee and the subsequent Judicial Conduct Tribunal pursued ethical charges against Judge Motata.

Judge Motata was involved in an incident in 2007 when he drove his Jaguar in an intoxicated state into the wall of a house in Johannesburg’s northern suburbs. He allegedly told Richard Baird, the owner of the house, that: “No boer (white man) is going to undermine me. This used to be the white man’s land, but it isn’t any more.”

In a wanton display of Arrogance and Stupidity, Judge Motata filed papers to have the Judicial Commission declared unconstitutional. As one would suspect, Motata the Moron’s unconstitutional claims were treated with the contempt they deserved when the High Court dismissed his sham claims.

Since his drunken escapade in 2007 Motata has been on special leave. During that time Motata has received almost R14 million ($1,017,660) in wages even though he hasn’t performed any judicial services on behalf of the taxpayers he so cheerfully hoses daily.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Judge Motata continues to receive a weekly salary for sitting on his fat derriere, compliments of the taxpayers of South Africa.
