Judge Alfred Nance of Baltimore; serial offender, bully

The state of Maryland presented Alfred Nance with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.

It should be noted that this is Alfred’s fourth (4^th) bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree. An article dealing with his prior misconduct can be found by visiting the URL listed at the end of this article.

The Commission on Judicial Disabilities has charged Alfred with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Disrespectful conduct toward Public Defender Deborah Levi
• Chastised mocking and insulting her, and subjected her to public embarrassment
• Mocked and insulted Ms. Levi in open court
• Used demeaning and sarcastic tone towards Ms. Levi
• Repeatedly called Ms. Levi’s integrity into question
• Berated Ms. Levi in front of jurors
• Threatened to jail Ms. Levi without legal justification
• Rude and disrespectful to a defendant
• Routinely directed his ire at jurors, litigants, attorneys, defendants, witnesses, law enforcement personnel and other persons present in the courtroom

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Alfred by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Alfred continues to sit as Chief Judge, Baltimore City Circuit Court in Baltimore, Maryland.
