Sadly for the good folks in the Virginia Beach area, Judge Ramona Taylor sits on the Juvenile and Domestic Relations (Divorce) bench.
In the recent past, the Virginia Judicial Commission filed ethics charges against the Dishonorable Ramona Taylor, which is discussed below.
During Judge Taylor’s handling of a case involving a 17-year-old juvenile who admitted guilt to simple assault, she engaged in the following misconduct:
Here we have a certified moron who knowingly tramples on a defendant’s constitutional due process rights.
It would be frivolous to the nth degree for anyone with an I.Q. north of 55 to suggest that a judge could accidentally and unintentionally deny a litigant his/her due process rights.
As punishment for her egregious misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Virginia Supreme Court gifted her with a complimentary censure.
