The Law Society presented John Robert Gould with a law license in 1986.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Misled (lied) to his client
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to maintain reasonable standards of competence (idiot)
• Failed to advance client’s matter in timely manner
• Misled (lied) to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Johnny!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $6,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Johnny practices at 14 Duporth Avenue in Maroochydore, Queensland, Australia.
