Attorney Robert Botta of Salem, OR; serial liar

The state of Oregon provided Robert E. Botta with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Williamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar Court found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made false representation to trial court
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Lied to trial court by stating client was stranded in Portland and couldn’t attend hearing
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Exhibited dishonest or selfish motive re: misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (December 2016), Bobby practices at 677 Cottage Street NE in Salem, Oregon.
