Attorney David Rich of Hillsboro, OR; repeat offender

The state of Oregon provided David L. Rich with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Lewis & Clark University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar Court found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pursue client’s legal matter
• Failed to appear at show cause hearing
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dave’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (December 2016), Dave practices at 101 SW Washington in Hillsboro, Oregon.
