Attorney Stephen Eichelberger of Bend, OR; ethical ogre

The state of Oregon provided Stephen Eichelberger with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Williamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar Court found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Disclosed client confidences or secrets
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Two instances of engaging in person conflict of interest
• Engaged in business conflict with client
• Engaged in former-cleint conflict of interest
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Exhibited dishonest or selfish motives

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (December 2016), Stevie practices at 19759 Dartmouth Avenue in Bend, Oregon.
