Attorney Stephanie Tuttle of Salem, OR; scofflaw

The state of Oregon provided Stephanie J. Tuttle with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from Williamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar Court found Stephanie guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while she was employed as an assistant prosecuting attorney.

  • Failed to turn over exculpatory evidence to defense counsel as mandated by law
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to take steps to rectify her failure to turn over exculpatory evidence

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Stephanie by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (December 2016), Stephanie practices with the DOJ Criminal Justice Division at 2250 McGilchrist Street SE in Salem, Oregon.
