Attorney James Dietz of Medford, OR; ethical elf

The state of Oregon provided James Dietz with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Assisted nonlawyer in the illegal practice of law
• Victims of misconduct were vulnerable

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Jimmy practices at 33 North Central Avenue in Medford, Oregon.
