Attorney Ronald Clark of Portland, OR; ethical misfit

The state of Oregon provided Ronald J. Clark with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Northwestern Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to advise counsel of total amount of insurance coverage
  • Misconduct involved negligence

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Ronnie practices with Bullivant Houser Bailey PC at 888 SW 5th Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
