Attorney Vincent Deguc of Beaverton, OR; ethical leprechaun

The state of Oregon provided Vincent A. Deguc with a law license in 1975.

The Oregon State Bar found Vinnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit client retainer in client trust account
• Failed to utilize for client’s benefit letter in his possession
• Various time not responsive to client information requests
• Failed to abide by client decisions regarding settlement of client’s case
• Failed to timely file client response to motion for summary judgment
• Failed to preserve client property
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Vinnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Vinnie practices at 4550 SW Hall Blvd in Beaverton, Oregon.
