Attorney Floyd Vaughan III of Baker City, OR; ethical misfit

The state of Oregon provided Floyd C. Vaughan III with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Northwestern Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Floyd guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
  • Conduct caused actual injury to clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Floyd by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Floyd practices with Silven Schmeits & Vaughan at 1950 3rd Street in Baker City, Oregon.
