Attorney Paul Brock of Durham, NC; ethical leprechaun

The state of North Carolina provided Paul B. Brock with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Porter guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in sexual relationship with client
• Made false/misleading statements to ethics investigators

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Porter by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Porter practices at 3130 Hope Valley Road in Durham, North Carolina.
