Solicitor David Armstrong of Scotland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented David John Armstrong with a law license in 1988.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Failed to act in best interest of client
• Failed to maintain client confidentiality

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Dave practices with Neill Clark & Murray Solicitors at 3 Ardgowan Square, Greencock, Scotland.
