Solicitor Fiona Cairns of Scotland; ethical misfit

The Law Society presented Fiona Marie Cairns with a law license in 2007.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Fiona guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Fiona by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Fiona practices with FMC Legal Limited at 499 Kilbowie Road, Clydebank, Scotland.
