Solicitor Ian Clark of Scotland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Ian Robert Clark with a law license in 1995.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Ian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Ian by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Ian practices with Turcan Connell at 1 Early Grey Street in Edinburg, Scotland.
