Solicitor Steven Lilly of Scotland; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society presented Steven Lilly with a law license in 2005.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to comply with terms of settlement agreement
• Failed to comply with written undertakings given to Legal Complaints Division
• Failed to comply with verbal undertaking given to client
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Stevie!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Stevie practices with Bruce McCormack Limited at 1 Merry Street in Edinburgh, Scotland.
