Solicitor Joy Dunbar of Scotland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Joy Patricia Dunbar with a law license in 1979.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Violated several accounting rules

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Joy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
