Solicitor Michael Trainer of Scotland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Michael Derrick Trainer with a law license in 1990.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Violated various accounting rules

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Mike practices with Cannons Law Practice LLP at 11 Somerset Place in Glasgow, Scotland.
