Solicitor Kevin Murphy of Scotland; ethical misfit

The Law Society presented Kevin Murphy with a law license in 2004.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Breached rules by sending direct letter to client of another solicitor

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary censure and a £500 ($621) fine.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Kevin practices with Murphy Robb & Sutherland at 46 Carlton Place in Glasgow, Scotland.
