Attorney John Chancey of Mulberry Grove, Il; deceitful loser

The state of Illinois presented John Matthew Chancey with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Chicago-Kent School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as an assistant prosecutor.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Participated in creation or preservation of evidence he knew to be false or which was obviously false
  • Prepared an order of the Illinois Appellate Court that wasn’t a genuine order

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (November 2016), Johnny practices at 1963 US Route 40 in Mulberry Grove, Illinois.
