Attorney Mark Berumen of Denver; cheating loser

The state of Colorado provided Mark Joseph Berumen with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Entered into unfair business transaction with client
• Failed to advise client to seek independent advice re: business transaction
• Failed to obtain required written consent from clients re: business dealings

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Mark.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Mark practices with the Berumen Law Firm PC at 1873 South Bellaire Street in Denver, Colorado.
