Attorney Devra Carmichael of Centennial, CO; slacker

The state of Colorado provided Devra K. Carmichael with a law license in 1992.

The Colorado State Bar found Devra guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Knowingly induce another to violate Rules of Professional Conduct
• Failed to properly cause client lawsuit to be served on defendant
• Negligence led to client’s lawsuit being dismissed

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Devra by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Devra practices with the Law Office of Devra K. Carmichael LLC at 7853 East Arapahoe Court in Centennial, Colorado.
