The Law Society presented Michael Anthony Graham with a law license in 1990.

The Legal Practice Tribunal found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly charged over $100 in liquor purchases to law firm
• Forged name of supervising Solicitor re: liquor purchases

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Because Solicitor Misfits in Australia are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Mike was never criminal charged with forgery or theft.

As we speak (ca. November 2016), Mike practices with Emmett Grace Lawyers Pty. Ltd. at 6/45 Brisbane Road in Mooloolaba, Queensland, Australia.
