• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Involved in a high degree of negligence
• Engaged in multiple acts of misconduct
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary $10,000 fine.
