Judge Taylor Culver of Pleasanton, CA; potty mouth sexist

The state of California provided Lenore LuAnn Albert with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of California Berkeley Law School.

The California Commission on Judicial Performance has charged Mike engaging in the following misconduct.

• Made inappropriate comments to female clerks
• Mistreated defendants appearing before him
• Was discourteous and combative with defendants
• Failed to properly arraign people
• Displayed lack of patience and dignity in dozens of cases
• Demonstrated prejudgment in numerous cases
• Demonstrated embroilment with numerous defendants
• Abused his authority by threatening to toss people in jail
• Routinely denied defendant’s pleas to perform community service in lieu of paying finds even when they didn’t have the means to pay the fines
• Adjudicated cases w/o obtaining required stipulations form defendants
• Made racial comments to female clerk
• Stated he was going to hire an agent and have a plaque or bumper sticker placed on his care pertaining to his ability to sustain an erection

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Lenore by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Taylor continues to sit as an Alameda County Traffic Commissioner in Pleasanton, California, which is a suburb of Oakland.
