Solicitor Douglas Winning of Queensland, AUS; ethical misfit

The Law Society presented Douglas Winning with a law license in 1983.

The Legal Practice Tribunal found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

• Tipped of client about imminent police raids
• Used offensive and insulting language towards various persons
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2016), Doug practices with Winning Lawyers at 67 East Street in Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia.
