Judge Thomas Warren of Wenatchee, WA; bigot, ethically deprived

 
Sadly, Judge Thomas C. Warren has been sitting on the bench in Wenatchee, Washington, which is about 110 miles north of Yakima for the past 19 years.
 
Judge Warren is a die-in-the-wool bigot when it comes to dealing with Latinos. In the past, the Washington Judicial Commission charged and subsequently found Tommy guilty of uttering the following comments at Latinos who appeared in his so-called court.
  • In State v Ramos he said, “I want to tell you Mr. Ramos its bullshit. You’ve had 11 months and you have not paid a single dime to this man. You’ve screwed him.”
  • In State v Gonzalez, he said, “You are not an animal, you are not a dog out there, you’re a human being. In this country you use bathrooms. And if you can’t use bathrooms, you go back to Morales.”
  • After he called Garcia, Ponce and Sanchez he said, “You know, you’d think we were living in Mexico.”
  • In State v Gonzalez he said, “You could have hired a limo to drive you and your friend around all night long for the amount that this ticket is going to cost you; maybe even airplane tickets to Mexico.”
  • In State v Morales-Hildalgo he said, “You’re not going to be able to send any more money back to Mexico. Well, you know that’s too bad, because we don’t here in Chelan County don’t have to pay for your family in Mexico or wherever your from … maybe they should start sending money back from Mexico so you can pay your fine.”
Tommy’s comments to good ol’ white boys
 
An unreliable source said that when honkies appear in Tommy’s court, his demeanor is strikingly different than when he deals with Latinos, as you’ll see below.
  • In State v Kraus Tom said, “I want to tell ya Mr. Kraus it’s glorious. You’ve had 11 months and you haven’t paid a single dime to Mr. Rodriguez. He deserves the screwing you gave him.”
  • After Tom called the O’Sullivan, Flynn & Flanagan law firm he said, “You know, it’s such a relief and joy to think we’re actually livin in Ireland.”
Tommy’s So-called Punishment
 
Subsequently, Tommy entered into a gentleman’s agreement (reserved for Judicial Misfit s) with the Judicial Commission wherein he agreed not to repeat his misconduct in the future. He further agreed to attend a cultural diversity program sponsored by the Aryan Brotherhood.
 
The enablers, apologists and wimps on the Judicial Commission punished Tom the Bigot by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. Goshes and Gollies, I bet that was painful, right?
