Attorney Todd Strich of Charleston, SC; druggie, scofflaw

The State of South Carolina presented Todd Anthony Strich with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Ohio Northern University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Todd guilty of the following misconduct.

• Committed a criminal act
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Engaged in conduct tending to pollute the administration of justice
• Sold 2.25 grams of cocaine to undercover officer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Todd by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
