Attorney Roger Castelda of Tonasket, WA; repeat offender

 

The state of Washington presented Roger Andre Castelda with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

 

The Washington State Bar found Roger guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Roger’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Used client confidences to the disadvantage of former client
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Violated a court order

Because of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

Roger’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Represented client in matter adversely reflecting another client
  • Failed to explain matters to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
  • Failed to provide client’s ex-wife with Qualified Domestic Relations Order as required by terms of divorce degree until two years after the dissolution was final

Because of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (November 2016), Roger practices with Castelda & Castelda Inc. PS I Tonasket, Washington.
