The District of Columbia presented Morris R. Battino with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to establish definite fee agreement with client
• Failed to deposit client’s fee payments into trust account
• Failed to obtain client consent to deposit unearned fees into non-trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals Board punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Mike practices with Blumenthal Law LLC in Washington, DC.
