The Law Society of New Zealand presented John Neil Lamborn with a law license in 1992.

The found New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Engaged in inordinate delays in client’s family law matter
• Failed to file client’s family law matter for more than three years

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Zealand Disciplinary Tribunal punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.
