Barrister Brett Ravelich of New Zealand; serial convict

The Law Society of New Zealand presented Brett Dean Ravelich with a law license in 2002.

The found New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal found Brett guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of resisting arrest
  • Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)
  • Refused to give blood specimen after DUI arrest
  • Convicted of careless use of a motor vehicle (reckless driving)
  • Urinating in a public place

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Zealand Disciplinary Tribunal punished Brett by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Brett practices with Jonathan Wiles Barrister at 4F/72 Wellesley Street West in Auckland, New Zealand.
