Barrister Francisc Deliu of New Zealand; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of New Zealand presented Francisc Catalin Deliu with a law license in 2002.

The found New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal found Fran guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory and unprofessional conduct
• Failed to leave meeting room when required to so act
• Interrupted and shouted at meeting causing same to be adjourned

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Zealand Disciplinary Tribunal punished Fran by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Fran practices with Justitia Chambers Limited at 175 Queen Street in Auckland, New Zealand.
