Barrister Stephen Potter of New Zealand; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society of New Zealand presented Stephen Charles Potter with a law license in 2006.

The found New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Stevie!)
• Failed to produce trust account records
• Lacked insight to his contribution to his problems

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Zealand Disciplinary Tribunal punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
