Attorney James Evans Jr. of Springdale, AR; repeat offender

The state of Washington presented James Edward Evans Jr. with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to file discovery responses in timely manner
  • Failure to file discovery responses led the Court to deem the Requests for Admissions admitted which led unfavorable ruling against clients

As one would suspect this wasn’t Jimmy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Jimmy previously received a complimentary caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee for Professional Conduct punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Jimmy practices at 1120 West Denver Street in Greenwood, Arkansas.
