Attorney Terri Kienlen of Conway, AR; thieving slacker

The state of Washington presented Terri Westbrook Kienlen with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Terri guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to refund $165 filing fee to client despite the fact that she never filed any action on behalf of the client (thief)
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee for Professional Conduct punished Terri by gifting her with a complimentary caution. 

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Terri practices in Conway, Arkansas.
