Attorney Herbert Southern of Fayetteville, AR; ethical dwarf

The state of Washington presented Herbert Charles Southern with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Herbie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly inform client of state mental status requirements prior to advising her to enter a guilty plea
• Provided advice to cleint without knowledge sufficient to so act

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee for Professional Conduct punished Herbie by gifting him with a complimentary caution. 

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Herbie practices in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
