Attorney Wendy Alke of Morgantown, WV; ethical misfit

The state of West Virginia presented Wendy Gail Alke with a law license in 1990.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Wendy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Wendy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
